At twelve, ten, and eight years old..you will be amazed at how well the K3 Sisters sing, dance, and play fiddles & electric guitars. Kaylen, Kelsey & Kristen aka "The K3 Sisters" are a tight singing, fiddling and dance trio. They perform for the public and do educational shows for public schools. Backed by the band, they entertain audiences of all ages on large and small stages.
Kaylen started taking fiddle and voice lessons when she was three. Now twelve, she is a hot fiddler, guitarist, and sings great. She has composed several songs, and is re-arranging favorites. She is an accomplished Scottish Highland dancer. She is also skilled in choreography and creating unique dance routines for the band.
Kelsey is an excellent fiddler and singer. What a set of "pipes!" She is frequently heard holding down the melody fiddle parts when Kaylen is on harmony. She wows the crowd with her power and poise. She also is an expert in Scottish Highland dancing. Along with Kaylen, she is active in dreaming up new arrangements and dance routines for the stage.
And then there's Kristen singing and dancing into everyone's heart! She has a double portion of charisma, and fans love her extemporaneous dancing and commentary. Lately, she has been covering powerful vocal arrangements of Selena Gomez & Taylor Swift hits, as well as chiming in on a third fiddle on some arrangements.
Kalem is a great bass player. He is a technical genius who is the band's recording engineer, light engineer, and computer guru. Uploading K3 Sisters Band youtubes, facebook, itunes, and website updates round out his daily routine.
Jamie is the band's producer and mom who performs on vocals, guitar, percussion, and arranges songs. She is also their branding/fashion designer. As a former music teacher, she remains connected to the professional education community.
Bruce is the current manager of the band and jack of all trades. He plays 8 different instruments, sings, composes, arranges, and... has the gift of gab. Oh, and he plays dad too!
Nate Abraham is the newest member of the band and is he one HOT drummer! Whether its electronic drums or standard acoustic drums Nate has a unique flair for percussion. He did a great job in the studio on the new CD. Rumor has it that he's a great guitaris and keyboard player too! Stay tuned.
The K3 Sisters Band performs regularly for corporations, in schools, city-wide events, churches, civic organizations, festivals, and private venues.
