date(s) time(s) and location of your event(s). Be thinking about your budget for entertainment NOT including travel & lodging. Also, your preferred performance times. Do you have a list of entertainers you've used (if any) in the past? What's your basic theme or purpose for your event, number of people and age group(s) you intend to reach? Do you have a stage, and if so what size is it? Do you have a sound system and someone who knows about running sound, or do you want us to run the sound? Naturally, if the sound is not good it hurts everyone.
